Use our Order Form to submit it directly through the website. You may also print the form and email or fax it 541-874-3161. Then give us a call 541-874-2137 to submit payment.

$50.01 to $100.00 = $15.00
$100.01 plus add $4.00 per $100.00

Returns and Refunds:
ANY Mistake on our part will be corrected immediately, at our expense! We will gladly exchange wrong, or mistakenly ordered merchandise free of charge, except for return shipping. We will charge the standard shipping charge on all wrong or mistakenly ordered items, and warranty exchange merchandise. All of our merchandise carries a LIFETIME GUARANTEE.
Condition of Returned Items:
Items need to be Unused and in their original packaging!
Timing of Returns:
Merchandise must be Returned within 7 Days After Receipt.
